Trackie
What is “Trackie”?
Trackie is an online service for the sport of track and field that is used not only by regional communities across the province, but also provides services at the Provincial and National level.
The services it provides include:
- Meet entry management
- Provides meet results
- Features upcoming events
- Posts recent news pertaining to all levels of the sport.
What does this mean for you?
- The Hy-Tek program is no longer needed to submit entries. Trackie will accept your entries submitted on their site and convert them to the Hy-Tek format used for meet administration and management
- Trackie can be accessed online at school during work hours, and does not force teachers/coaches to do their meet entries from personal computers during off hours
- Trackie allows you to work on entries as time permits and save your work as you go. You can enter your school team athletes and save your roster to be used again for other meets. Entries can be checked and edited before final submission
- Once you have submitted your entries on Trackie, you will receive an immediate receipt confirming your entries. You can use this confirmation for checking for errors, as well as submission to your administration for issuing the cheque for meet fees.
How to use Trackie:
- Go to www.trackiereg.com
- Click on Find Event in top bar
- Scroll down to meet - Kettle Creek Invitational (meets are listed by date)
- Click on Register
- Complete fields and follow prompts.
